Of course I only had time to make one. But isn't it a beauty? This is something to work on for next Valentine's Day, although hearts really never go out of style.
It's a sad and happy Valentine's Day here. Sad because Theo woke up with a 101 fever and is lounging about in his pjs while I dash back and forth to the studio. I joked with him that, well, he was literally red for Valentine's Day.
I'm so excited, though, about today-- most of all because I finally got into this super cool online marketplace-- Poppytalk Handmade. I'm hoping it will bring me some traffic because it certainly has already brought me a lot of inspiration. If you visit, check out Leah Giberson's paintings. Her chairs are so beautiful they make me want to weep.
In other news, 3 year old Josephine and I actually went down to Theo's kindergarten to deliver his 24 valentines, which he had laboriously cut from multicolored construction paper. On each one he wrote down the kid's name and "from Theo." And "I love you," no matter who it was-- boy or girl, race or creed, angel or troublemaker. "I love you." And he meant it.

what a sweet boy you have!!
